Cheyenne Goudswaard (1996) is a Dutch illustrator and animator. In 2020 she graduated from the Illustrated and Animated Storytelling program at the St.Joost art academy in Breda. In her work she explores themes such as love, loss and difference. She translates complex subjects into poetic, sensitive and intimate images immersed in warm colors and finished with fine lines and textures. She finds inspiration in poetry, classical paintings, landscapes and everyday life. By sharing her work online (@skinpicking_illustrator) she aims to raise awareness and help others struggling with skin picking disorder.
